Lead

Lead has been commonly used for thousands of years because it is easy to extract and easy to work with. In Alchemy lead was thought to be the oldest metal and was associated with planet Saturn.

Lead has long played an important role in traditional building. Lead roofing is amongst the most durable materials on the market and lead roofs constructed as far back as the 18th century are still in use today.

Aluminium

Aluminium standing seam roofing has a long lifespan, is maintenance free and highly durable, it comes in zinc and copper effect and looks almost identical to these materials. For this reason its a very good alternative to copper or zinc when budgets are tight.

Prelaq Nova steel - Zinc coated steel

This is a highly durable standing seam roofing material, has a long lifespan and is maintenance free, and with its zinc coating and lower price, its a very good alternative to zinc.
